Around 11:30 Wednesday morning, emergency responders arrived at Galway Drive in the Waterford subdivision in Cartersville, in response to a structural fire. Cartersville's Ronnie Brown signed with the Houston Texans on Tuesday and participated in his first practice with the team later in the day. He was at the team's facility on Monday for a workout.
