Any provision in any agreement entered into with an advertiser whose intent is to discriminate in such manner shall be null and void. In compliance with FCC rules, broadcaster includes this nondiscrimination provision in all written advertising contracts.

WBHF Contest Rules & Regulations

WBHF thanks all of our listeners who participate in our various contests aired throughout the year. In general, the following rules apply for contests for WBHF 1450 AM.

Contest winners must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in on air contests unless otherwise specified.

No purchase is necessary and participants are only allowed to win once during any one contest.

One winner per household for any prize with in a 30 day period, prizes not claimed within 10 business days will be unavailable to the winner unless specified.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitution and have no cash value.

WBHF employees and their families and in some cases sponsors and families of sponsors are not eligible.

By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, voice and likeness in any advertising or promotion without compensation.

In the event of “enter to win” contesting WBHF radio is not responsible for illegible handwriting, lost or mutilated ballots and/or incomplete ballots

All material submitted becomes the sole property of WBHF radio and will not be returned.

WBHF radio reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at anytime.

WBHF radio shall not be held accountable or responsible for misdirected phone calls, interruption in telephone service, busy signals and/or any other difficulty in contacting WBHF radio by means of the contest line. No use of multiple phone lines (I.e., a contestant may not use both a cell phone and home phone at the same time or a business phone system that would allow a contestant to be working multiple phone lines at one time).

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold WBHF radio, their affiliates, sponsors, advertiser, advertising and promotion agencies their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liabilities arising out of use of the prize.

Prizes must be picked up by prize winner, with proper ID, at WBHF studio during non-holiday workdays, Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5PM.
