Following last week’s prisoner escape, WBHF was able to speak to Bartow County Sheriff Clark Millsap about what happened that night. Here is Millsap talking about what he knows about that evening’s events:

He said the Chevrolet Suburban was an employee vehicle. When asked about the transport agency, Millsap said he was shocked. The Sheriff said that Bartow County uses the same transport agency because it is cheaper than sending away two deputies to do a prison transport. Here is Millsap discussing if there was any confusion between the Cartersville Police Department and the BCSO about who was supposed to be working the case.

Millsap said that he believes that the U.S. Marshals Service and the Department of Prisons has taken over the search to apprehend Sean Killion. Millsap said that Killion will be caught because his picture is all over the state and Killion did not have any resources when he escaped. Killion is a known met trafficker and Millsap said that hey do not consider him dangerous.
