Adairsville Reports Minor Wastewater Spill

The City of Adairsville reports that a large amount of rain in a short time caused the North Wastewater Treatment Plant to be hydraulically overloaded and spill about 7,200 gallons of wastewater into an unnamed tributary that goes to Oothkalooga Creek on Friday afternoon at around 4:07. Young Brothers Pharmacy Closes Today After 130 Years

Motorcyclist Killed After Hitting Bus Was Fleeing Law Enforcement

A motorcyclist who died in a collision with a school bus last week was fleeing law enforcement.
