Two People Charged with Felony Murder Enter Guilty Pleas in Bartow Superior Court. 

Twenty-four-year-old, Caesar Osvaldo Roque of Cartersville was booked into the Bartow County Jail on April 28th, 2022, and charged with murder, possession of controlled substances, and the sale of controlled substances. Early Morning Crash Claims Two Lives

A Man Pleads Guilty to Causing A Car Crash that Killed His Son

A man charged with three counts of homicide is sentenced in Bartow Superior Court.  Fifty-two-year-old Rex Scott Cruce was arrested and charged with homicide by vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, four counts of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug-related objects, and failure to maintain lane. Georgia Sees Slight Increase in September Unemployment Rate
