Man charged with disrupting schools

A man from White has been charged with disrupting schools.  According to BCSO reports, Dalton Nicholas Matthews was arrested Friday and charged with disrupting public schools and reckless conduct. Sunday night BCEMS, BCFD, BCSO and the GSP responded to a 2 vehicle accident on HWY 411 at Shaw plant 15. BCEMS had four EMS units respond due to having 5 to 6 patients injured.
