Two Fires in Bartow County Thursday Evening

Two fires occurred in Bartow County on Thursday evening and both were worked by the Bartow County fire department. The first fire occurred at a residence on Rock Crest Circle and involved the chimney. The fire was contained to the chimney and no other damage was reported. UPDATE: Allatoona Dam Fire Update

The Bartow County Fire Department responded to a call about the power house area of the Allatoona Dam at 3:40 PM EST. Upon arrival there was heavy smoke emerging from the dam.
