Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger presented an “Eagle Award for Election Excellence” to Bartow County Elections at their office on Joe Frank Harris Parkway and Oak Hill Circle near Cartersville this morning.
Election Supervisor Joseph Kirk accepted the award on behalf of his office.
