Last week, at the Georgia Emergency Communications Conference in Columbus, the Georgia chapters of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials and the National Emergency Number Association honored Major Jessica Pruett, the E-911 director of Bartow County Sheriff’s Office, as their 2024 Communications Director of the Year.
On Tuesday morning, an informal gathering and breakfast took place at the sheriff’s office to honor and congratulate Major Jessica Pruett on her achievement. First responders from police, fire, and EMS, along with municipal dignitaries, were in attendance.
