As of 7:00 Sunday night, the Georgia Department of Public Health has reported 443 COVID-19 confirmed cases in Bartow County, which is two fewer than was reported Sunday afternoon at 1:00. While we do not have the official reason as to why this number shrunk, it may be due to some new information in which they found out that two people that may have been tested positive here were not from here.

With the new information, Bartow has now dropped to having the 18th highest confirmed total amongst all state counties. Out of the 443 confirmed cases, Bartow has had 134 hospitalizations with 36 total deaths. That is actually one more hospitalization and no deaths since Thursday night.
