The only Northwest Georgia regional free COVID-19 testing site available on Veteran’s Day will be the Bartow and Gordon testing site at the Senior Center at 150 Cambridge Court in Calhoun. This location is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The regional COVID-19 testing site at Liberty Square Church in Cartersville will not be open this Friday due to a scheduling conflict. Regularly scheduled testing will resume at this site on Monday.
Due to a lack of demand for free COVID-19 testing on Saturdays, the Northwest Health District discontinues its Saturday testing in the Bartow and Gordon region for the time being. However, free COVID-19 testing is available Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at Liberty Square Church. The times are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mondays and 4:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays this month. However, November 26th and 27th will be closed for Thanksgiving. Free COVID-19 testing is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays this month at the senior center in Calhoun.
