The Bartow County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the alleged shooter in today’s double shooting.

According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, just after 8PM Justin Lee Wade, 27, of Rome was arrested and charged with Murder and Aggravated Assault. Wade was arrested in Floyd County and will be transferred to the Bartow County Jail for booking on these charges.
