Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation crews will close the Cass-White Bridge over I-75 at exit 296 from tonight at 7:30 until Monday morning at 5:30. The bridge will be closed for resurfacing related to constructing two new roundabouts at the interstate interchanges. Georgia DOT expects to complete the entire project in the spring.
Vehicles traveling east on Cass-White Road can take I-75 south to exit 293 and then turn onto I-75 north to exit 296 to reach the eastern side of Cass-White Road. Vehicles traveling west on Cass-White Road will need to take I-75 north to exit 306 and then turn south on I-75 to reach the western side of Cass-White Road.
