The Bartow County Planning Commission recommends denial of a land-use map amendment and a rezoning for a 466-acre property on Rock Fence Road near Adairsville. Yellowstone LLC wants to change both from agriculture to mining to extract various minerals and mining products.
Bartow County Commissioner Steve Taylor will make the final decision on the matter at the courthouse Wednesday morning at ten o’clock.
