The Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce hosted its 77th annual meeting at the Clarence Brown Conference Center Thursday night.
Outgoing board members Lee Castro and Brad Cowart were recognized for their service. The chamber also presented a number of awards. Voestalpine won Manufacturer of the Year. Livingood Lab Services won Small Business of the Year. The Humanitarian Award went to Paul and Marijon Battles. The Volunteer of the Year was awarded to Moriah Medina. And the Chairman’s Award went to Bartow Business and Contractors Connection.
Afterwards, 2016 Chairperson Jessica Fleetwood passed the gavel to 2017 Chairperson Saunders Jones III.
