A 14-year-old male juvenile has died following a shooting at a friend’s home in Cartersville on Monday afternoon.
The Cartersville Police have stated that, out of respect for the family and the sensitive nature of the incident, they will not be releasing any further details or granting interviews at this time.
Initially, the victim was transported to Cartersville Piedmont Medical Center before being airlifted to Scottish Rite Hospital.
