The Cartersville Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating Leah Elizabeth Penny. This disabled person was last seen on June 17th at QuikTrip on 1364 Joe Frank Harris Parkway.
She is a 29-year-old white female about 5’4” and 165 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She is bipolar and suffers from schizophrenia and suicidal ideations.
Leah Elizabeth Penny was last seen on foot wearing khaki-colored pants, a white or pink t-shirt with a logo in the center, and black shoes. She was also reportedly carrying a pair of shoes and a shampoo bottle.
He was allegedly supposed to make her way to a nearby shelter but never made it.
