A Woodland High Senior student in Cartersville was arrested by campus police Tuesday for having four knives on school property.

According to WRGA, Bartow County Campus Police Chief Dan Knowles said that 19 year old Taylor Lee Woods was taken into custody by campus officers after they received a tip from another student that Woods was carrying a weapon. When police searched Woods they allegedly found four knives in her possession.

Woods was processed at the Bartow County Jail about 2 p.m. Tuesday and is charged with one felony count of carrying a deadly weapon to school and one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon.

No students were injured by the knives Tuesday.  Police have not received any reports of Woods making threats to others with the weapons
