The Woodland Wildcats (1-1) defeated the Coosa Eagles (0-2) on Friday night by a score of 34-0.

Woodland had three rushing touchdowns, a passing touchdown, and a fumble recovered for a score. Woodland’s defense was also opportunistic with two interceptions on the evening. With a running clock in the second quarter, Woodland did not run up the score and was content with its five, first half scores.
