Roads leading out of Kingston are problematic. Water on the following roads: Reynolds Bridge Road, Hwy. 293, and Hardin Bridge Road. The roads may be passable. An official with the Bartow Fire Department says Hall Station Road is clear but Old Hall Station Road at Griffin Roads are closed.
