Good morning! We’ve made it to the halfway point in the week and it’s all downhill toward the weekend. It’s time for a Wednesday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, bringing you the best in news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.
We have three guest segments today. At 7:40AM, we’ve rescheduled Melanie Collier who will be here to discuss the annual Casino Night fund raiser benefitting the Etowah Valley Humane Society.
Then, at 7:50AM, the Biz Buzz will focus on Cair Plus Fitness off of Henderson Drive. Patrick Nelson, a personal trainer at Cair Plus Fitness, will join us in studios to talk about their business.
Finally, at 8:40AM, we’ll be joined by Ed Mullinax with the City of Cartersville to go over all of the road work and water work being done throughout the city. We will talk about what’s being done and how much longer we will see our surface streets blocked with construction equipment.
