It’s time for a Tuesday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, broadcasting the very best in local news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.

We have three guest segments scheduled for today. At 7:40AM, Paul Cuprowski, Bartow County EMA Director, will call into the show to talk about emergency preparedness. We will look back to all of the localized flooding received at the end of 2015 and then we’ll look to potential winter weather in the first few months of 2016.

jim_dunham410At 8:40AM, Jim Dunham, historian at the Booth Western Art Museum, joins us in studios for, “Stories that Won the West.” Jim will take us through ‘this week in western history’ and recap the major events and players involved in carving out the events of the West.

Then, at 8:55AM, Peter Olsen, County Administrator for Bartow County will be here to talk about an app you can get as well as happenings in our community.
