We have two guest segments today. At 7:40AM, we hope to be joined by Mac McKenzie with the Big Chicken Chorus to talk about their upcoming holiday concert at Sam Jones Memorial United Methodist Church on Sunday, December 8 at 3:00PM. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased from Don Jackson at Jax Supply. All proceeds will benefit Advocates for Children of Cartersville.
Then, at 8:40AM, we’ll be joined by Brenda Morehouse, President of the United Way of Bartow County, and Fred Kittle, this year’s Campaign Chair, in studio to discuss the mission of the United Way and their progress toward their annual goal. We will also talk about the partner agencies that fall under the umbrella of our local United Way chapter and how businesses can become part of the annual payroll deduction.
