Good morning! It’s time for a Monday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, bringing you the best in news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.
We have four guest segments today. At 7:40AM we begin our Coaches Corner interview with head coach Eric Bishop of the Adairsville Tigers. We’ll talk about last week’s first round state playoff win against Cedartown. They will be on the road this coming Friday to Blessed Trinity in Atlanta.
At 7:50AM, Mark Hathaway, Cartersville’s Fire Marshall, will join us in studios to go over cold weather tips and safety during the holidays.
And, at 8:40AM, Paul Pugliese, with the Bartow County Extension Office, will be in studios to talk about plant and animal safety in the cold of the fall and winter.
Then, at 8:50AM, Jessica Mitchum with the Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter will be join us to talk about this week’s annual radio-thon on Thursday at the shelter.
