During the Business Session, the Board approved a Resolution of the Cartersville School Board providing for the recommendation to the City of Cartersville, Georgia of the approval of the issuance of $59,700,000 City of Cartersville, Georgia general obligation bonds, series 2021.

 

The Board also approved a Resolution for the City of Cartersville to enter into an Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Real Estate with 203 Tennessee Street, LLC at a cost of $250,000.00 plus closing costs.
