According to a press release, deputies arrested Dominique Kente Gainor, 36, of Cartersville, on July 13, 2015 for six charges related to using a stolen debit card at at area pawn shop to obtain monies fraudulently. Gainor is alleged to have taken his girlfriend’s debit card without permission, then taken items to an area pawn shop and obtained money for pawn, then used the card to buy the items out of pawn. Gainor has been charged with three counts of Financial Transaction Card Theft and three counts of Financial Transaction Card Fraud. He is being held at the Bartow County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
