FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

We fully support law enforcement in the arrest of these youth.  This is now a matter in the hands of the judicial system.  We, along with the community, await the decision from the grand jury and the courts.

As a community, we have a responsibility to be ever vigilant about protecting the precious and innocent children of our society.  We encourage concerned residents to learn more about protecting children, recognizing the signs of abuse and neglect, and reporting.  Now more than ever:  if you see something, say something.

Wednesday, WBHF reported that the Grand Jury returned true bills on Jacob Alexander Burtz and Montana Mark Hartness.   While staying at the children’s shelter in March, both boys were charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation.
