ATLANTA – The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help Sleep Inn & Main Stay Suites hire a 25-member staff for a new hotel set to open next month in Bartow County.
The recruitment will be held Thursday, Sept. 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Cartersville Career Center located at 19 Felton Place in Cartersville.
The hotel is recruiting night auditors, guest service representatives, maintenance workers and room and breakfast attendants.
Those who apply for the night auditor positions must have at least three months of experience in guest registration, accounting and revenue recording. No experience is needed for the other positions.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and are encouraged to dress appropriately to increase their opportunities for employment. They also must complete a company application and be prepared for an interview with the employer. The company will conduct background checks and drug-screening tests on selected applicants.
Salaries depend on experience.
