The Professional Standards Commission has recommended the revocation of the professional licenses of Superintendent Dr. John Harper and Principal Donald Rucker. Those attending an Educator Ethics Review Committee meeting today say the group voted to revoke the license of Dr. Harper and Rucker. They have 30 days to appeal the ruling. The group took no action on two others including Bartow County School Board Chair Dr. Davis Nelson.
