On Wednesday afternoon, 21-year-old Hailey Ann Noland of Cartersville turned herself into the Bartow County Jail. She is a suspect in an armed robbery that happened at a room at Efficiency Lodge on 5590 Highway 20 near Cartersville on December 23rd.
The alleged victim said Noland, another white female, and two black males kicked open his door. He said the two males had pistols. The alleged victim stated one of them held a gun to his head, told him to lie down, and accused him of threatening a juvenile boy, which the alleged victim denies. He said they stole his phone and left.
A witness told a deputy that he saw the group of four and saw one of the females kick the door in before all four entered.
The suspects arrived and then left in a black four-door passenger vehicle.
Haley and the three unaccounted-for suspects face charges of aggravated assault involving the use of a firearm, burglary, home invasion in the first degree, criminal damage to property in the second degree, and armed robbery.
The case is under investigation.
