A new logistics center is proposed for the city of Emerson. According to paperwork filed with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, plans for Project B include a one-story, fifty-foot tall building. The 790,500 square foot building would be built on a 70-acre site at Lakepoint Parkway.
The building would definitely increase traffic in the area, with daily total trips estimated at 1,294. Tax revenue from the project is estimated at $741,168. The building is slated to be
