Brooklyn Smith
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office has stated that a missing 12-year-old girl may have been seen in Cartersville Monday. Brooklyn Smith is a white female around five feet tall with long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen getting into a dark-colored Ford Taurus at her residence in Gainesville. The Taurus may be towing a large camper.
Investigators have identified the suspect as 31-year-old Steven Spires. He is a white male who is around five foot six and 142 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes. Spires is also believed to be traveling with his 19-year-old girlfriend Carmen Clay.
Due to security issues, the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office is not releasing any additional information at this time.
