Emergency crews were called to Plant Bowen for an industrial accident Wednesday morning.  According to reports with Bartow EMS, a male that was on a coal train was dumped from the bottom of the rail car when the coal was released.  The man suffered femur fractures to both legs and a large amount of blood loss.  The man was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital via helicopter. The man was not an employee nor a contractor.
