The truck driver involved in a deadly vehicle crash in Emerson Thursday has been identified as Ivan Delgado, 52, of Rome, New York. He is currently being held on a Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol) charge from the Emerson Police Department. He also has a hold for pending charges. Thirty one year old Kyra Carp died in the crash. An adult male and two children were transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
