Georgia State Troopers investigated Saturday’s chase involving the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office. According to reports, a KIA Forte traveling south on Sugar Valley road was fleeing deputies. The vehicle struck a concrete curb traveling up an embankment and vaulting over a set of train-tracks. The vehicle came down onto a scrap metal business. The driver was extricated and air lifted to Grady Hospital. The passenger was transported to Cartersville Medical Center. All charges are being taken out by BCSO.
