A local jury finds an Adairsville man guilty of two counts of child molestation. Thirty-two-year-old, Jesse Allen Maestrey of Rydal was arrested in 2018 and charged with two counts of child molestation. The incidents occurred on June 15th and 16th, 2018. According to the indictment and the arrest warrant, Maestry committed the immoral and indecent act of touching the chest of a child under the age of 16. He also placed his hand in the genital area of the same child. The named victim took the stand, Maestry did not. He will be sentenced on July 26th, following a presentencing investigation.
