Voter Registration Deadline
Monday, October 5th
Voter registration application can be submitted in person at our office, via mail, or online at mvp.sos.ga.gov.
Absentee by Mail Ballot Applications
Accepting applications through Friday, October 23rd
Postmark is not acceptable, must be received by this date
By 5pm in person at our office

Absentee by Mail Ballots
First Day Absentee by Mail Ballots are Mailed Out
Monday, October 5th
The ballot must be in the office by 7pm on Election Night, November 3rd, for it to be counted
Postmark is not acceptable, must be received by this date
Military/Overseas Ballots – must be postmarked no later than November 3rd and received no later than November 6th at 5pm.

Advance Voting
There is no advance voting on Monday, October 12th, as it is a State Observed Holiday.

There is no advance voting the weekend before or Monday before an election.
Additional Information
Should a Runoff occur, it will be on Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
