We have three guest segments today, including our Coaches Corner interview at 7:40AM. Football Head Coach Frank Barden of the Cartersville Purple Hurricanes will join us in studios to recap last week’s route of the Coahulla Creek Colts, by a score of 76-13. We will then discuss this week’s bye-week and how the coaching staff is planning to prep the team for the final four games of the regular season.
At 7:50AM, Tara Currier, Cartersville Downtown Development Authority Manager, will join us to talk about the first-ever Blue Grass Festival coming to downtown Cartersville next weekend. We’ll also recap how Sample Your City went and discuss other activities being planned by the DDA.
Then, in hour three, at 8:40AM, we’ll talk with Trey Gaines, Executive Director at The Bartow History Museum, about next week’s kids’ camps entitled, “Oh, Mummy!” and the 10th annual guided tours of a Night at Oak Hill Cemetary.
