GEORGIA DOT RESUMES MOWING ACTIVITIES ON 10 HIGHWAYS IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA

WHEN:        Wednesday, September 4 through Friday, September 6, 2013 from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

  WHERE:     Bartow County:  State Route (SR) 3/US 41

                       Catoosa County:  SR 3, SR 151 and SR 146 

                       Cherokee County: SR 140

                       Dade County: SR 58

                       Gordon County: SR 225 and SR 136

                       Walker County: SR 151 and SR 136

WHAT:      Georgia DOT’s maintenance crews will be mowing the roadsides of Highway 41 in Bartow County, 

                     Highway 41, SR 151 and SR 146 in Catoosa County, SR 140 in Cherokee County, SR 58 in Dade

                     County, SR 225 and SR 136 in Gordon County and SR 151 and SR 136 in Walker County. Work will

                     proceed daily between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., weather permitting.
