As part of its integrated roadside vegetation management program, a Georgia DOT crew begins today its work on trimming overgrown vegetation along US 41/State Route (SR) 3 and SR 293  in Bartow County. Work will proceed daily between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., weather permitting.   Integrated roadside vegetation management is a method to bring together social and cultural elements, biological concerns, and mechanical treatments to economically manage roadsides for motorist safety, environmental health and visual quality.

Monday, August 31 through Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.  The work will take place on US 41/SR 3 and SR 293 in Bartow County
