The Georgia Department of Labor’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center is helping Alorica, a customer service company, recruit more than 100 full-time job openings for call center representatives.

The event will be held on Wednesday, March 1, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the career center located at 465 Big Shanty Road in Marietta.

All applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, or a General Education Diploma (GED).

The positions are commission-based with the salaries beginning at $10 an hour. Benefits include dental and health insurance, vacation and paid leave, along with a 401K retirement plan.

Applicants should be able to work 40 hours a week with shifts varying from 6 a.m. to midnight. The company will conduct a criminal background check on selected applicants.
