Today, Georgia Secretary of State Robyn A. Crittenden certified the election results of the December 18th State House District 14 Special Primary Election. In accordance with state law, Bartow and Floyd counties have submitted their certified election results.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-499, after receipt of certified election results from the county election superintendents, the Secretary of State has tabulated, computed, canvassed, and certified the votes cast. Official results for the HD 14 Special Primary are now accessible on the website https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/GA/93881/Web02-state.222648/#/.

Detailed reports of votes cast are available on the right-hand side of the website. Once credit for voting is finalized, official reports for voter turnout by demographics will be available.

Mitchell Scoggins won almost 65% of the vote. Ken Coomer received over 28%. Nickie Leighly garnered almost 5%. Nathan Wilson got over 2%.

Georgia House District 14 encompasses northern Bartow County and the southeastern corner of Floyd County.
