Bartow County, Georgia: 07/27/2020 – Bartow County Fire and Emergency Services: Division of Emergency Management staff remains in operational mode at the Emergency Operations Center to monitor the dynamic situation COVID19 has on our communities.
PPE supplies continue to be scarce with DPH stockpiles being limited. BCFES: Division of Emergency Management staff continue to distribute PPE items such as cloth masks, gloves, hand-sanitizer, and disinfectant to requesting organizations while supplies last. If any organization is in need of these items, please contact the Logistics Section Chief (Chief King) @ 770-387-5089.
Information received through the Joint Information Center: Cartersville Medical Center reports they have 22 patients admitted that are positive for the COVID19 virus. The same report indicates there were no patients admitted awaiting COVID19 test results.
