Bartow County EMS responded to a single vehicle accident on Mission Road at McCormick Road just before 10 PM Thursday evening. EMS arrived to find two males inside the vehicle and both were unresponsive with no pulse and not breathing. 23-year-old Thomas Yow and 24-year-old Damien Lugo were the two men in the car and both died on the scene.
