Superior Court Judge G. CAREY NELSON, III, Hearing Results:

Judge Nelson imposed upon POSTON,  a Total Sentence of 10 YEARS,  to Serve 5   YEARS Incarcerated, the Remainder to serve on Probation, with a number of special conditions of probation required of  POSTON while serving on probation, which include, having no contact with the family of  victim, Michael Allen McIntyre,  along with payment  of $4,671.00 in restitution to McIntyre’s family  and entry into  and completion of (1) Drug Evaluation & Treatment and (2)  Mental Health & Treatment Programs.

POSTON’S co-defendant, PHILLIP JARED MARTIN, case is still pending and expected to be placed on Judge Nelson’s upcoming, February 16th, 2015, Jury Trial Calendar.
