Bartow man convicted of child molestation sentenced to Life without parole

Criminal Indictment Action  #  1 3 – 2 3 9 4 ;

One (1) Count – Aggravated Child Molestation;

Two (1) Counts – Child Molestation;

Two (1) Counts – Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes.

 Judge David K. Smith imposed upon GREEN for the above stated 3 criminal offenses, that occurred between  March 24^th, 2006 and  May 14^th, 2006,  and investigated by the Bartow County Sheriff’s  — a  total  sentence of LIFE, without parole.
