Bartow County Commissioner Steve Taylor will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 to discuss the County’s proposed operating budget for Fiscal Year 2025. The hearing will be held in the Commissioner’s Conference/Hearing Room in the Frank Moore Administration Building located at 135 W. Cherokee Avenue, Cartersville, Georgia.
The proposed budget will be available for inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Commissioner, 135 W. Cherokee Avenue, Suite 251, Cartersville, Georgia.
Any person desiring to be heard on the proposed budget should be present at the time and location stated above.
Commissioner Taylor will adopt the County’s 2025 Operating Budget at a Public Meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Conference/Hearing Room, 135 W. Cherokee Avenue, Cartersville, Georgia.
In the event conditions should result in the closing of the courthouse on the date so designated for the Public Hearing, the Hearing will be conducted on the next available business day at 10:00 a.m. and the Budget will be adopted at a specially called meeting seven days thereafter. In the event conditions should result in the closing of the courthouse on the date so designated to adopt the Budget, the Budget will be adopted on the next available business day at 10:00 a.m.
Any person desiring to be heard pertaining to the adoption of said budget should be present at the budget adoption meeting at the time and location stated above.
