The Cartersville Police Department would like to thank the community for all of their help in locating the suspect in two church burglaries last week. The Criminal Investigation Division had diligently spent the last few days in the area. Through an anonymous tip from a citizen, the CPD was able to locate 31-year-old Christopher Smith and place him into custody.
Smith has been charged with two counts of burglary.
