Good morning! It’s time for a BIG-SHOW Friday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, bringing you the best in news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.
We have four guest segments today. At 7:40AM, Joey King, head football coach with the Cartersville Purple Hurricanes, will join us for our Coaches Corner to recap their win on the road last week against SE Whitfield. Then we will look ahead to tonight’s home game against the Lafayette Ramblers.
At 7:50AM, Jennifer Wiggins Matthews will join us to talk about signing up to be in the upcoming Downtown Christmas Parade, sponsored the Exchange Club of Cartersville.
Then, at 8:40AM, we’ll talk with Kim Kappel, Executive Director of the Teacher Resource Center. We’ll talk with Kim about the various offerings available to teachers at the Center and if they have any craft needs to be donated.
And, we’ll wrap-up our final guest segment at 8:50AM with Jonathan Rogers, Public Information Officer with the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office, to chat about upcoming opportunities to donate to the Shop with a Hero program.
