WHAT The Anheuser-Busch Cartersville Brewery is celebrating summer by opening its doors for free public tours the last Saturday of every month from May through September. Anheuser-Busch recently opened its doors for a series of special pop-up tours in the spring and following a tremendous response the brewery decided to bring it back as a fun summer experience for visitors from around the region.

During the hour-long tour, visitors will get a behind-the-scenes look at the seven stages of the time-honored Budweiser brewing process. The tour leads guests through the brewhouse, starting cellar, packaging and fermentation areas, beechwood aging cellar and finishing tank.

Following the tour, guests 21 and older can sample a variety of the beers brewed at the Cartersville brewery, including Budweiser, Bud Light and Shock Top as well as a special beer brewed exclusively by Cartersville Brewmaster Travis Moore, Etowah Imperial Lager.

Tours are available on a first come, first serve basis so guests are encouraged to book their tour ahead of time by visiting http://bit.ly/CartersvilleTours.
